Atlanta’s leading architectural and interiors photographer

Kristy Larsen is a leading architectural and interiors photographer and filmmaker based in Atlanta. While exploring a variety of creative paths in college and earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Studio Art, photography emerged as her medium of choice with its perfect blend of her two strengths: a love of technical precision and an artistic eye.

After a brief stint photographing food for restaurants, Kristy began her career with real estate photography. Within 5 years, her images and videos were instrumental in the marketing and sale of nearly $200 million in residential real estate. Today, she specializes in capturing the work of architects, builders, and designers, spanning across areas of residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and educational spaces. Recent collaborations and publications include Luxe Interiors + Design, Aj Madison, Martha Stewart, David Shepherd Homes, Audrey Frances Design, and The Spruce.

Her clients benefit from her high-quality visuals that elevate their brand, attract their ideal clientele, and showcase their work at its very best. With a seamless process and an artist’s attention to detail, she ensures that every image tells a story, inspires confidence, and makes a lasting impact.

Yes, that muppet-looking animal is my beloved dog, Jack. And no, you can’t have him. But he may let you throw his ball for him. In fact, he will insist.

I am an artist to the core. Always with a pencil or paintbrush in my hand, it was inevitable that I would study art in college. While there, I explored many creative outlets, such as sculpture, painting, and pottery (in fact, I still drink coffee from my handmade mugs).

But the camera became my most compelling tool for transforming the world into art. I was completely absorbed in experimenting with different facets of photography: developing my own film, working in the mysterious, enigmatic darkroom, and experimenting with rare processes such as cyanotypes and emulsion transfers. Equal parts technical and artistic, the joy of photography quickly grew into a lifelong passion.
